Note: The number of lash extensions applied to your lashes depends on the health and number of natural lashes available. Wiinks can refuse service if your lashes are damaged or if you’re not a candidate for eyelash extensions.
Wiinks has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, we require a 24-hour notice from you to cancel your appointment. Cancellations are only accepted via the customer account you created to book your appointment, or via the ‘CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT’ link inside of the confirmation email you received after making your appointment. Cancellations made using any other methods outside of the ones we accept will not be valid/accepted. A maximum of two reschedules are allowed for your appointment. Failure to cancel/reschedule your appointment within the required 24 hour allotment will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. A no show will result in a 100% charge of you scheduled service.
