Time is of the essence! Because we do not count lashes at Wiinks, time is extremely valuable and the biggest factor in receiving quality results. We apply as many lashes as we can in the time allotted for your appointment. With that in mind, we kindly ask the following from all of our clients:
*Please plan to arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
*Please arrive to your appointment free of makeup; specifically ALL eye makeup. Remember…if we have to spend time cleaning your lashes, that’s time we lose applying your extensions!
*If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, we will only be able to service you for the time remaining for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your lash stylist may ask you to reschedule because one delay creates delays for all clients following your appointment. Please make sure that we always have your current cell phone number or another reliable method of communication on file for you.
NOTE: A Lash Service Time Extension may be available to you should you need it and ONLY if your lash stylist can accommodate any time extensions. The cost for a Lash Service Time Extension is as follows and is due at the time of service:
20-29 Minute Extension = $30
30-39 Minute Extension = $40
40-45 Minute Extension = $50
Consultations are optional but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED because they are very important in determining what you want for your lash design and if you are a candidate for eyelash extensions. We want to make sure that you don’t have any allergies to the lash extension adhesive. To determine this, we will place 5-7 inconspicuous eyelash extensions on each eye. After 7 days, if there is no reaction, we will move forward with getting your lash appointment scheduled! Without a consultation, a fee will be accessed if we need to remove your extensions. If you had a consultation and no reaction in the 7 day waiting period but then had a reaction UP TO 7 DAYS POST your eyelash extension appointment, we will remove your extensions at no cost to you. So, while consultations are optional, we highly recommend them!

Please note that a credit card deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to your total upon completion of your service. Please also note that, if booking your appointment with your lash stylist, a deposit for your appointment will still be required at the time of booking.
Did you receive eyelash extensions outside of Wiinks that you are unhappy with? No worries, we are happy to be your go-to for your lash rehab. Please understand that we are coming behind work ethics and practices we are unfamiliar with which introduces variables that can be risky for Wiinks. Therefore, we may require removal of your current lash set after which, we would apply our own. It is important to note that corrective services, should you need them, may be uncomfortable and we may, after a thorough examination, suggest that you take a break from lashes until your natural lashes have returned to a healthy state. **Wiinks Lash Suites makes no guarantees and/or warranties that we can repair damaged lashes. We can offer help in the form of specialized services to address issues/concerns of lashes that are not optimal in health. Furthermore, it must be understood that care, time, and dedication are essential from the client in order to increase the success of reaching and maintaining healthy lashes. Understanding their genetics when it comes to hair growth is pertinent as well. By using this service, you agree to that Wiinks Lash Suites makes no guarantees and/or warranties that we can repair damaged lashes in any way be it intentional or unintentional.
No shows will be charged the full (100%) amount of service to the credit card used to reserve your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. At the discretion of your lash stylist, a no-show could result in termination of servicing offered to you by that stylist at Wiinks Lash Suites.
24- HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Wiinks has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, we require a 24-hour notice from you to cancel your appointment. Cancellations are only accepted via the customer account you created to book your appointment, or via the ‘CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT’ link inside of the confirmation email you received after making your appointment. Cancellations made using any other methods outside of the ones we accept will not be valid/accepted. A maximum of two reschedules are allowed for your appointment; after the second rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to schedule a new appointment for servicing. Failure to cancel/reschedule your appointment within the required 24 hour allotment will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service to the credit card used when reserving your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. A no show will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service to the credit card used when reserving your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
For your convenience, we accept cash and all major credit cards. Please note that we do NOT accept checks.
We do NOT offer refunds on services. All services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We will fix/correct any lash service you may be unhappy with WITHIN 48 hours of your servicing at no additional charge to you. A photo showing your complaint is required. We do not offer refunds, of any kind, on any of our lash services.
Tips are always appreciated by your stylist. We know tipping is a voluntary gesture that acknowledges work well done. Your lash stylist would gladly welcome cash offerings if you would prefer that method however, gratuities are offered in varying percentages or dollar amounts if added to a credit card payment. Either of these optional methods is gladly and humbly appreciated! NOTE: Gift card, gift certificates, or packages cannot be used towards gratuity. Thank you!
CELL PHONE USAGE:
Cell phone usage is allowed only in the lobby area. We ask you to refrain from talking, texting, or engaging on your cell phone during your service and/or while in any of the servicing areas at Wiinks**. Thank you!
The servicing area at Wiinks has been designated for our valued lash clients only. However, your guest are more than welcomed to remain in the lobby area until your lash services have been completed.
While we love our kids and yours too, we respectfully ask that you do not bring them with you to your lash appointment. Thank you for your understanding with this sensitive matter!
